COVID-19

Policy Update

The latest update of the Audiology and Otology Guidance during COVID-19 from the UK’s audiology professional bodies was published in October 2022.

The health and well-being of you and your families remain of the utmost importance so we would like to outline how we will be operating based on the current guidance to ensure the safety and welfare of all our clients and our employees.

  1. All appointments must be booked in advance.
  2. Please apply hand gel provided on entry to the building.
  3. We may ask you to wear a face mask (which we can provide if necessary) for close contact procedures unless you are exempt.
  4. For our part we will wash our hands thoroughly before interacting with you and wear disposable protective equipment, including a face mask for close contact procedures.
  5. We recognise that some people would still prefer to wear a mask throughout their appointment and in these circumstances we will reciprocate and also wear our mask for the duration of the appointment.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us prior to your appointment for advice.

We are continuing to offer some remote support consultations if this is your preference, so if you have any hearing, tinnitus or balance enquiries please do call or email us:
