Under Medical Device Regulations we are required to be able to trace individual patients if necessary. To comply with this we will retain personal data for twenty years after the last contact date with you if relevant, or until a request is made to delete it, whichever is the sooner. Personal data is deleted or securely destroyed at the end of its retention period
